Nestled in a converted granary in the small Vermont town of Brandon, Robert Gold has been refining and perfecting his interpreative artistic vision by combining art and photography. Utilizing sophisticated digital camera computer software, 'giclee' style image printing, and archival inks, he has created a wholly new artistic style. Gold's constructive interpretation, his sharp eye for detail, coupled with his stunning use of color and technique, have created magic.

At first blush, the viewer is not sure whether he is looking at a lithography, print, or complex photograph. What they do know is that it is something that is now part of the new world of digital art, a transformative form combining photo realism and surrealism. Whether it is his landscapes, portraits, or still life subjects, each excites both the eye and mind with an array of tones, textures, and color.

Robert's art generally falls into four categories: Vermont Scenes, Interiors &
Still-Lifes, Urban Scenes, and People. Many of his photographs come from
Vermont and New York City and are inspired by the objects
and people who surround him on a daily basis.
